Orders placed before 18:00 CET are processed within 2–3 business days. Transit then takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

What is your returns policy?

Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, email contact@luxetlibertas.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as possible at contact@luxetlibertas.com with your order number. If your order hasn't yet entered processing we can usually amend the shipping address or cancel it outright. Once it's been packed and dispatched we're unable to make changes, but you're still covered by our 30-day returns policy once it arrives.
