Measurements for each size are listed in the size guide. If you are between sizes, we note which way to go in the product description — some pieces are cut close, others deliberately relaxed.

Fabric & care

Full fibre composition and care instructions are on the label and listed in the product description. As a general rule, wash cool, wash less, and reshape while damp rather than tumble drying — it is the single biggest thing you can do to keep a garment looking new.

Natural fibres may relax slightly with wear and settle back after washing. That is the fabric behaving as it should.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 18:00 CET are processed within 2–3 business days. Transit then takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund — longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed under EU consumer law. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, email contact@luxetlibertas.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are shown and charged in euro, inclusive of VAT.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as possible at contact@luxetlibertas.com with your order number. If your order hasn't yet entered processing we can usually amend the shipping address or cancel it outright. Once it's been packed and dispatched we're unable to make changes, but you're still covered by our 30-day returns policy once it arrives.
