Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with any original tags and hygiene liner (if applicable) intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@luxetlibertas.com. If your return is accepted, we'll email you instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned, including final-sale items and gift cards. For hygiene reasons, leggings, shorts, and other intimate-fitting activewear must have the original hygiene liner and tags attached to be eligible for return. Items returned without their original packaging, or showing signs of wear, wash, or use, may not be accepted. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@luxetlibertas.com.

Customers within the European Union also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, in addition to the 30-day policy outlined above.
